Apastioli was founded by husband-and-wife team Joe and Ryan Gallagher with a simple but powerful belief: the best food is made with integrity, patience, and heart.

Joe Gallagher grew up surrounded by Italian-American food culture, where sauce wasn’t just a meal—it was tradition, family, and identity. After years of personal hardship and a life-changing commitment to sobriety, Joe returned to the kitchen as a place of healing and purpose. What began as a small-batch experiment quickly became something bigger: a Classic Italian Red Sauce that reminded people of home, Sunday dinners, and recipes passed down—not manufactured.

Ryan Gallagher has been the backbone of Apastioli from day one. Raised around farming, animals, and hard work, Ryan brought discipline, organization, and unwavering belief to the business when resources were limited and the road ahead was uncertain. While Joe focused on recipe development and brand vision, Ryan kept the foundation steady—supporting operations, finances, and growth while holding their family together through the early grind.

Apastioli officially launched with one product and one promise: never compromise quality. No shortcuts. No fillers. No trend-chasing. Just a clean, balanced, slow-simmered sauce made the right way.
